Kommentare/ Inhalte: Do you need to submit a term paper in English this semester? Are you working on an essay, an article, a research proposal, or a thesis in English? This multi-part, process-oriented workshop series for students and PhD-candidates writing in English could be the place for you to get experienced English-language guidance on how to approach this daunting project, from narrowing your topic to dealing with English-language sources to structuring a paper that meets Anglo-Saxon expectations and formulating clear, coherent English sentences. You can attend the workshops individually, but for best results we recommend participating in all of them as listed here on STiNE. Part 2. Overcoming the blank page: pulling your ideas together, getting them down on paper, and structuring your arguments The workshop takes place on Zoom. The Zoom-link can be found in the OpenOlat-room of the workshop, which will be opened at least two days before the workshop time (access also through the OpenOlat-room of the Schreibzentrum) and sent via email.
