Comments/contents: Often international students struggle with their first job applications in Germany: what information should (not) be included in a CV? Should I include a cover letter in my application? Should I include documents like diplomas and references? And some international students get frustrated after writing +50 job applications and wonder: why do I get so many rejections?

Even though there are no “one fits all" answers to these questions, an experienced corporate recruiter is happy to provide some insights and best practices: Merve Krabbenhoeft is currently working as Talent Acquisition Specialist for the global medical technology company Smith+Nephew and brings +8 years of experience in HR / recruiting in Germany.
