The seminar for the lecture series "Taming the Machines - Horizons of Artificial Intelligence" provides an in-depth approach to topics of ethics in information technology. Texts by leading theorists, who are our guest lecturers, will be studied.
The seminar always takes place on the day of the lecture series between 14:15-15:45 plus an introductory seminar. There we will discuss research papers recommended by the speakers. The lecture series itself always takes place on Tuesdays on the dates listed below between 18:15-19:45 in ESA 1, W 221 on main campus.
Each lecture will be followed by a discussion with the speakers, in which the students should actively participate. The dates for the lectures and their topics are as follows:
