Communication and rhetoric in legal practice

 

The purpose of any legal engagement is the enforcement of certain claims or interests. The main resource to reach this goal is communication. Communication skills and rhetorical know how - paired with the knowledge and experience how to apply these abilities properly - are key factors for professional success.This seminar provides the relevant basics of communication and rhetoric and relates them to typical situations of legal work routines (including practical exercises and role playings).
