Comments/contents:
Within a procedure from collaboration engineering, students work independently in small groups under guidance to develop a collaboration process design based on an established development scheme and realistic use cases.

In addition to the development, the students will constantly engage with the collaboration process designs of their peers in the context of peer reviews. Students generate feedback for further development.  A joint evaluation of the collaboration process design will also take place at the end of the seminar.

The event will include both synchronous and asynchronous event elements.

Learning objectives:
- Practical exploration and testing of a collaboration engineering approach
- Deepening the challenges and design options of collaboration processes
- Get to know and use digital collaboration tools

Didactic concept:
Development of a design for a collaboration process on a given topic
- Derivation and development of the process design including facilitation process model and internal agenda
- Documentation of the process development following the 6-level model and the collaboration process design approach.

Steps:
0) Selection of a topic and group formation
1) Task diagnosis incl. peer review
2) Development and presentation of the collaboration process
3) Revision and testing in the context of a design validation incl. peer review
4) Presentation of the results

Literature:
