Dank des Gebrauchs der unterschiedlichen digitalen Medien und das Einsetzen von Applikationen mit künstlicher Intelligenz, werden die Studenten Vokabeln lernen und einige komplizierte Grammatikstrukturen behandeln. Auch typische Grammatikfehler werden analysiert, um diese künftig zu vermeiden.
Enrollment requirements:
Proof of appropriate language level (minimum B2 for B2 courses, C1 for C1 courses), not older than three years.
This can be achieved by:
Taking our online placement test (link)
Submitting a language certificate from a course at the appropriate level (see website for accepted certificates).
Sending us a copy of the Transcript of Records from STiNE showing completion of a course at the appropriate level.
After sending us the required documents you can then go ahead and register for the respective course(s).
Registrations without proof of the appropriate placement test or certificate will be cancelled.
N.B. If you have already had your level assessed by us in the last three years or have already presented us with a certificate then you do not need to prove your level again.

Learning objectives:
Die Studenten werden eine angemessene Ausdrucksweise für unterschiedliche Kontexte lernen. Auch die Verwendung verschiedener Register (formell / informell) wird duch Analyse und Gegenstellung von Texten thematisiert und trainiert. Ebenso werden unterschiedliche Textsorte dank der Unterstützung von Applikationen mit künstlicher Intelligenz analysiert. Die Lernerautonomie wird gefördert (das Lernen lernen) beim Arbeiten mit digitalen Medien, die unsere Studenten in ihrem Alltag benutzen können.
