In this integrated seminar, the basics as well as current research topics in the area of (audio) signal processing relevant for the practical work in the corresponding master project will be presented and discussed by the attendees.
Learning objectives:
- expanding knowledge in the area of signal processing
- laying the theoretical foundation for the practical work in the corresponding master project
- independently comprehending a scientific topic
- improving presentation skills
Didactic concept:
Following a concise introduction into the topic of (audio) signal processing, every attendee will delve into a specific research question and give a presentation about the respective topic. Based on the presentations, the topic and its relevance for the project work will be discussed.

Literature recommendations will be provided at the start of the seminar.
