Comments/contents:
In the course, the drafting of contracts is dealt with by means of practical exercises using various practical examples from employment and managing director law. The focus is on the drafting of employment contracts for managing directors with special consideration of the control of general terms and conditions. In addition to repeating and deepening the respective legal basics, participants are given extensive opportunities to practise drafting contracts independently. The practice-oriented approach aims at an active dialogue with the participants of the event.
