Team and project management
A course as part of the Wiso MBA Human Resource
In profit and non-profit organizations, innovative work increasingly takes place in project structures, especially where interdisciplinary or cross-departmental work is involved. This applies in particular to the numerous digitization projects. With this flexible working structure, coordination processes can be carried out quickly and synergies generated.
In the meantime, project work in many organizations is developing from a pure task structure to a dynamic organizational structure. Agile working methods and virtual work forms were already widespread before Corona and demand a new culture for project and team work. In this way, organisations promise to meet the demands of the VUCA world, where the acronym VUCA stands for the challenges of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. In addition, companies are increasingly confronted with hybrid teams, where one part of the team is in the home office and another part of the team is on site. This situation poses special challenges for (project) teams.
