And they both can’t be complete without each other.
Physical yoga exercises plays role as tools in us to understand philosophy.

To understand the difference between pain and discomfort.
To understand that…
I am not the body and I am not the mind.

In my opinion Teachers should learn yoga because they plays big role in students life.. and once teachers knows how to be clam in mind and body then only they can understand the silence and then only they can see that silence is not empty, it’s full of answers.

And teachers can help their students to understand life better.

Academic studies gives you informations and it may make your life style easier and comfortable but wisdom happens only when YOU MEET YOURSELF.??????
