The master module "Organizational Health Interventions (OHI)" is all about the design and interventions for a health-promoting work and organizations. The module addresses the digital and demographic transformation of the world of work and implications for workplace health promotion. Technology must be designed to improve participation opportunities in work organizations and to promote personality and health. In the main seminar of the master module we deal with theories and models of health-promoting work and organization and their evaluation for practice. We will cover interventions for individuals, teams, leaders, organizations, and organizational networks such as workplace partnerships. In the seminar, we will hold the sessions in German, but mostly in English, depending on the topic and underlying literature. A portfolio consisting of a presentation and essay will serve as proof of performance.
