En este curso-puente ampliaremos nuestro léxico de manera oral y escrita y consolidaremos aspectos gramaticales que nos resulten problemáticos. Para ello realizaremos resúmenes y presentaciones y participaremos en debates sobre interesantes temas académicos (tecnología, salud, sostenibilidad, política, sociedad, arquitectura…).. Utilizaremos diferentes aplicaciones para comunicarnos: Stine y Unicommsy para encontrar los materiales que trabajaremos en clase, Padlet y Jamboard para trabajar colaborativamente y el correo electrónico para el envío de trabajos de forma individual. Recomendado para estudiantes de todas las facultades que hayan completado un nivel B1 o quieran refrescar sus conocimientos del nivel B2

Registration Requirements
BEFORE you register, you have to prove your language level to us either …
- by taking our placement test (you'll find the link and additional information on our webpage under "Placement/Registration")
- or by showing us an OFFICIAL language certificate (such as TOEFL, IELTS, TestDaF, Uni-VHS, etc.).
For example, for a B2 course you have to prove that you have the B2 level. For C1 courses we need prove that you have reached the level C1. The given level is thus not the one you want to reach but the one you already have.
If you register without having proven your level to us, we will remove your registration.
If you have taken our test or shown us a certificate before in a previous semester, you are in our system and do NOT have to take the test again. Please just register for the courses on STiNE.
Once you have successfully finished two courses in one level, you can do courses in the next higher level without taking the test again, if you like.
How does the registration in STiNE work?
There are three registration phases. In the first two phases, there are 18 places per course (random selection). In the last phase there are additional 7 places (first come, first served).
If you have problems with the registration in STiNE, please contact our main office (room 3047) via contact form on our webpage early. Please be aware that we are a small department and might not be able to reply quickly if we get many questions at the same time.
How can I sign off in STiNE?
During the registration phase and shortly after, you should be able to sign off in STiNE yourself. So if you were accepted for a course but know you will not be able to attend it, be fair and sign off so someone else can take your place (until 25th September).
If you have difficulties signing off on STiNE, please contact our main office. We can sign you off.
