Comments/contents: The course is held in English. The course is composed by three parts: 1) lectures; 2) exercises; 3) tutorials. The course covers key concepts in the areas of consumer and producer theory, market equilibria, welfare analysis and game theory. It provides both intuition and formal treatment of standard microeconomic theory supplemented by insights from behavioral economics. The focus is on providing students with the tools to understand, reflect upon and conduct applied microeconomic analysis. The course assumes familiarity with basic microeconomic concepts and simple analytical optimization techniques. The course is held in hybrid form.
