Didactic concept:
We will spend the first three 3 days on the Norwegian South coast in an area reserved for educational outdoor purposes. Then we will spend 4 days 100 km further North in a Wilderness area. We will sleep in tents, cook on the bonfire, and enjoy life without technical distractions. We will also hike a bit with backpacks, though long trips only happen twice, each around 2,5 hours long. We will move mindfully and slowly. No need to rush :-)
