Comments/contents:
Besides methods of a work organization and project management, this module introduces approaches for the continual, reflective process of expert knowledge in praxis. This are knowlegde and usage of different patterns in different disciplines, e.g. organizational types and structure, domain knowledge, reference processes, organisational structure and role of IT-Management and Consulting. Besides, the different partner companys of ITMC are introduced.

Periodicity: yearly

Learning objectives:
The students develop and deepen compentces to reach the goal of the master ITMC: working in a team, communication skills and dialogue competence, acting in roles and takeover of responsibility.
As a consequence, this module qualifies for a team oriented as well as automous work of the students in praxis oriented modules of ITMC, e.g. Project, Innovation Lab, Master Thesis). Simultaneously, a reflective build-up expert knowledge is enabled in oder to enable an easy and fast initial training in company and project contexts.
 

Didactic concept:
seminar, 2,5-day event + 1 day Kick-Off event

is introduced at the beginning of the module

Additional examination information:
Academic performance: Regualar and successful attendance of the seminar. The attendance of the seminar is successful if the thematical background is understood, could be presented and is elaborated textually.

Exam: There is no exam at the end. The examination is a seminar papr which deepens the ascpects of a choosen thema in this modul.

The modul is assessed as passed or non passed.
