A course as part of the Wiso MBA Human Resource
In profit and non-profit organizations, innovative work increasingly takes place in project structures, especially where interdisciplinary or cross-departmental work is involved. With this flexible working structure, coordination processes can be carried out quickly and synergies generated.
In the meantime, project work in many organizations is developing from a pure task structure to a dynamic organizational structure. Agile working methods and virtual work forms were already widespread before Corona and demand a new culture for project and team work. In this way, organisations promise to meet the demands of the VUCA world, where the acronym VUCA stands for the challenges of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity.
