This course consists of a lecture and a practice session.

The lecture offers an introduction into macroeconomics, the aggregated analysis of an economy and important mechanisms therein. In particular, the course will treat the behaviour of households, firms, the state and the financial system.

In the practice sessions some aspects of the lecture will be repeated, elaborated and formally derived.

 
Didactic concept: Lecture:
- Upload of lecture video at the beginning of the week
- 15-min. video conference in Zoom, which offers the possibility to ask questions with respect to the lecture video (Thur. 10.15-10.30)

Practice Session:
- Zoom Webinar (Thur. 12.15-13.45)
- No practice session in the first week of the semester (5.11.)!

- Burda/Wyplosz (2018): Makroökonomie, eine europäische Perspektive; 4. vollst. überarbeitete Auflage, Verlag Franz Vahlen
