Comments/contents:
In this class ("Contract Law II"), we will focus on central questions of general contract law. Mainly, we will be discussing questions of breach of contract and their consequences. I encourage students to actively participate in class during discussions and in analyzing small examples.
Slides for each class will usually be made available to students the night before class, so that you can e.g. prepare essential vocabulary in order to be better able to follow the presentation and discussion in class.
Additional examination information:
Foreign students (Erasmus, LL.M. and others) can take an oral exam for this class at the end of the semester. Each student will be examined individually in an interview (in German) of about 15 to 20 minutes about the contents of the class.
Students requiring an oral exam will be asked to send an e-mail to me in order to make an appointment for the exam.
