Comments/contents: Students in the seminar will broaden their understanding of a given research topic in the areas of IT and network security for which they have to conduct a literature survey, write a survey paper, and give a presentation.
The seminar mimics the workflow of a conference: After paper submission, a review process follows in which the participant are directly included. Meaningful comments from the reviews need to be adressed for the final version of the paper. At the end of the semester all papers have to be presented and discussed at a common conference that is mandatory for all participants.
