Kommentare/ Inhalte:
Das Modul führt in die Geschichte und die Teildisziplinen der Allgemeinen Betriebswirtschaftslehre ein. Dabei wird sowohl auf Entscheidungsprozesse der Unternehmensführung und des strategischen Managements als auch auf Problemlösungen der Teildisziplinen eingegangen. Im Einzelnen wird die Bestimmung von Formalzielen der Unternehmung und der Konfliktbeziehungen zu Stakeholdern analysiert bevor die Einzeldisziplinen Marketing, Materialwirtschaft und Produktion, Rechnungslegung, Finanzierung und Investition Personal, Organisation sowie Management erarbeitet werden.

Lernziel:
Das Modul soll in die Grundkategorien und Prozesse betriebswirtschaftlicher Problembereiche und Entscheidungsprozesse einführen. Dabei wird auf betriebswirtschaftliche Erkenntnisobjekte und Bewertungsinstrumentarien in theoretischer Analyse und praxisorientiertere Anwendung eingegangen. Den Studierenden wird umfassendes betriebswirtschaftliches Grundwissen vermittelt. Dabei werden stets interdisziplinäre Interdependenzen der VWL, des Rechts und der Soziologie berücksichtigt. Damit soll der Kurs die Studierende in die Lage versetzen, Entscheidungen und Problemlösungen aus betriebswirtschaftlicher Perspektive treffen und bewerten zu können.
