Lernziel: Overview of the main instruments of corporate finance. Introduction into business valuation techniques. Discussion of general financial and legal aspects of an M&A transaction. Corporate finance is an area where Law and Finance closely interact. This course will help you understand what corporate finance is, and will examine the various legal and financial aspects of financing a company. The course will also introduce you to the practice of mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
