Kommentare/ Inhalte: In the winter semester 2020-2021, Prof. Dr. Eva van der Zee will offer a seminar on "Behavioral Law & Economics." The seminar is aimed at students of the Schwerpunktbereichs VI, Law and Economics, but is also open to other students. The aim of the seminar is to discuss behavioral insights in the context of law and economics. The seminar will be in English and will take place in January 2020; the exact date will be determined. To pass the course you are required to prepare a term paper and give an oral presentation during the seminar in January. If you have any questions about organization and content, please contact Prof. Dr. Eva van der Zee (eva.vanderzee@ile-hamburg.de). To register please send an email to Prof. Dr. Eva van der Zee (eva.vanderzee@ile-hamburg.de) indicating your degree program, as well as the topic you would like to work on. A preliminary discussion and introduction to the seminar will be offered on 2.11.2019 between 5 and 7PM. Deadline for the paper outline is 30.11.2020. This outline should include the title of your paper and a short abstract (500 words). A follow-up meeting will be offered on Monday 07.12.2020 between 5-7 PM. The term paper can be submitted until the end of the winter semester 2020-2021. A list of suggested topics can be found below (below).
