Course 2005 - Workshop in English - with registration -

Conflicts are an inevitable part of our professional and private lives, even if we often try to deny their existence trying to keep up harmony. Though rightly handled conflicts can be a useful tool to development and show us new ways of co-operation and unexpected solutions. Conflict management defines the process of enhancing the positive aspects of a conflict and so to decrease the negative effects.

The workshop leads you through the different levels of conflict. You get the opportunity to train your conflict skills, to understand your own and other people’s reactions in a conflict situation, and to take action to resolve the encounter.

Trainer: Mette Bosse, lawyer, coach, team developer and mediator

Target group: Students or graduates with a graduate degree of Universität Hamburg not older than two years.
